I'm Rasmus from CiderSip, son of a family-run apple and pear farm in Denmark. I've been mapping cider producers around the world and have now begun interviewing producers to share their stories. Through these interviews, I aim to bring greater awareness to the world of cider and the dedicated producers behind the craft of cider making.

What inspired you to start making cider, and how did your cidery come to be? Was there a specific moment or influence that set you on this path? - When did you first begin making cider? - What was your background before cider making? - Where do you sell your cider? - What's the story behind your cidery's name?

If someone were trying your cider for the first time, which one would you recommend they start with and why?
